Room categories and area totals

What is important to know

• The category depends on the room type: living (living room, bedroom, children's room, study), summer (balcony, loggia, terrace), all others are utility. You can change it in the room window; by type: {c} restores the original.
• Totals: Living area, Summer rooms on a separate line, and Total floor area (living and utility rooms without summer ones). According to SP 54.13330.2022 (Annex A, Order of the Ministry of Construction No. 631/pr), balconies, loggias and terraces are not included in the total floor area of an apartment; the reduction factors of the previous edition (0.5 and 0.3) no longer apply.
