How to finish walls
WhereFinishes tab
Steps
- At the top, choose a part: Wall, Lower walls or Reveals.
- Wall: choose a finish: paint, wallpaper, tile, mosaic, panels and slats, decorative plaster, stone. Click near a wall, and the finish goes on the side of it facing the cursor. A click deeper in the room puts it on all walls of the room.
- Lower walls: the same finishes up to 120 cm (change the height in the Lower part up to field). First set the finish for the whole wall, then the lower part: above it the previous finish stays.
- Backsplash: in Lower walls there is the Backsplash card (subway tile 150 × 75, running bond). Set the bottom and top, and drag along the wall. A click without dragging puts the backsplash on the whole wall.

Good to know
- A side's own finish takes priority over the room's finish. In the wall window you can see where a side has its own finish and where it is as in the room; the Same as room button removes the side's own finish.
- Remove and a click near a wall leave this side without a finish, even if one is set for the room; a click in a room removes the finish from all walls of the room.
- Wall area is counted up to the room's ceiling, without windows and doors; the backsplash is cut out of the section it lies on.
- On the plan per GOST 21.507, cladding (tile, stone, panels) is drawn with a thin line with the height (1200), and if it does not start from the floor, 920(600). Paint and wallpaper are not drawn on the drawing; on the tab screen they are shown as a colored strip.
