How to get the schedule, quantities and check

Wherethe Schedule and check card at the top of the panel

On the left of the window are the check settings:

  • finish class per GOST R 72509-2026 (1–6; a click on the selected one clears the selection) and the class tolerances in groups;
  • diameter of the underfloor heating pipe;
  • Materials and works are in the estimate: the Open button leads to the estimate.

Tabs (they do not fit in a narrow window, and the strip scrolls with the mouse wheel, there is no scroll bar; the selected tab slides into the visible part by itself):

  • Schedule shows room cards: ceiling, walls and partitions, wall bottom; each material has a sample and an area. Show on plan highlights the room.
Floor legendfloor type, its rooms and share of area, section of the layer build-up (thicknesses are conventional) and layers from top to bottom; hovering over a layer highlights it in the section.
Colorsschedule of finishing materials per GOST 21.507-81, Fig. 1. Each material + type pair has a color number, the same as on the leader shelf on the wall elevations. In the row, enter the reference (RAL, NCS or catalog article number): it is saved in the project and goes into the schedule and the album.
Materialsfilters by group and Check (no allowance, no plank length, no consumption data). A row shows: per project, allowance, Buy (for tiles and boards, pieces per layout), pack size and source of the number.
Worksas cards, with the materials of the work.
Remarkschecks per SP 29 and SP 71 with the Show on plan button.

CSV exports the open tab; in the album and CSV the schedule follows form 1 of GOST 21.501.

What is important to know

  • Consumption and allowance are taken from manufacturers' data sheets. Where there is no data sheet, the number is marked assumed. From a data sheet range, the limit at which the material will be enough is taken.
  • The floor is calculated by the room area without columns and shafts; areas of a different covering are cut out of the room covering.
  • Walls are calculated up to the room ceiling without windows and doors; the backsplash is cut out of the area under it.
  • Not counted: reveals of doors with a leaf (they are covered by the frame and trim fillers), boxes and projections not drawn as walls, the area under built-in furniture. Window reveals are counted from the room side, from the wall edge to the frame.
  • Set the underfloor heating pipe so that the check can compare the screed thickness above the pipe with the norm (SP 29, cl. 8.2).
  • It is calculated for the renovation result (stage Result), like the estimate and the album.
  • Finish tolerances are no longer regulated in SP 71 since 01.02.2026: they are in GOST R 72509-2026 and apply if included in the contract.
