What it is based on
Catalog. Besides the usual set, it contains what is found in today's apartments: TVs by screen diagonal, beds by mattress width, a tumble dryer, a workspace. An item is included only if it looks different on the plan: by shape, number of seats, size or purpose; style, material and legs do not count as separate items. Folding furniture is defined by two states of one item.
Symbols on the plan. One body outline, parts as lines inside, small rounded corners. Electrical and utility symbols follow GOST, and other sections deal with them.
3D blanks. Without anyone else's design, so that the neural network gets a clean shape and redraws it in the chosen style. They are made like real ones: rounded corners, softness, connected parts instead of slabs stacked up.
Placement rules: magnet to the wall 5 cm, the item does not go into the wall, does not shift when rotated; chairs slide under the table, the rug goes under the furniture; wall-mounted items only on a wall and immediately at the right height, drop-in items only into a countertop, built-in items only into a ready niche; a copy and a row follow the same rules. Overlap is counted by the parts of the item with a tolerance of 2 cm.
Mounting heights. These are heights from the catalog, they follow installation practice and manufacturers' advice. They are not a standard: adjust them for your project in the properties window (Z).

| bottom 140 cm (55 cm above the countertop) | |
| bottom 212 cm, flush with the top of the tall cabinets | |
