How to place outlets for fixtures and appliances

Steps
- Place the plumbing fixtures and appliances in Furnishing. Risers and the water entry are placed in Plan or right here: → , the entry in → , the sewer riser in → .
- In Water and heating click Place at the Outlets step. Each fixture gets outlets on the nearest wall: hot water on the left, cold on the right, drainage in the middle. A fixture farther than 40 cm from a wall, for example a freestanding bathtub, gets outlets from the floor.
- You can adjust the outlet height in its window. If you move a fixture, the outlets move to the new wall with the same height. If you delete a fixture, its outlets are removed with it.
- Redo at the Outlets step places the outlets of the floor again. Manual height changes are lost.
What is important to know
- Outlets by fixture: sink, kitchen sink, bathtub, shower and bidet get cold, hot and drainage; toilet gets cold and drainage 110; washing machine and dishwasher get cold and drainage; water heater and geyser get a cold inlet and a hot outlet; water towel warmer gets two hot outlets, supply and return (SP 30, cl. 9.8).
- The towel warmer is connected to hot water or circulation with both outlets. A bypass between the pipe stubs is allowed (cl. 9.9): one diameter smaller than the riser, no closer than 0.1 m to it, with valves after it.
- The bathtub mixer is at 800 mm, the shower at 1200 mm (SP 73.13330), the other outlets at typical installation heights. Hot to the left of cold is the usual layout, not a requirement, and the outlets can be moved.
- Outlets and valves are visible only in Water and heating and in Drawings.
