How to turn the grass around the house on or off

Good to know

• With the checkbox cleared, grass out to the horizon shows up on its own only once you have started working on the plot: outlined it, laid a lawn, path or pool, filled in water, painted the ground, sculpted the terrain, planted plants. And always in Landscape mode.
• In an apartment or house project without a yard there is no grass: under objects outside there is a grid, and in the distance the sky.
• The checkbox is unavailable when Surrounding scenery is cleared: without scenery there is never any grass.
• There is no grass or ground under the house: they are cut out along the outer outline of the first-floor rooms, so the floor does not flicker.
